About Me
Have you ever felt adrift in life, as though each day is a monotonous cycle without purpose or direction? That was me a few years ago—lost and clueless, with no clear path to follow. Despite my capabilities and motivation, I was stuck in a rut, each day blending into the next without meaning.
Everything changed the day I discovered WordPress. In a way, WordPress gave me a new life. It gave me a purpose and a passion I hadn’t known I was missing. From the moment I started using WordPress, I was hooked. Time would fly by; hours felt like minutes as I immersed myself in building websites. The sense of accomplishment I felt when seeing a website come to life was unparalleled.
Every website I create tells a story and represents an identity. To me, a website is the most crucial aspect of any company’s identity, a digital facade that speaks volumes about who they are. This website is my canvas, my identity. I build websites—that is my passion and purpose.
Clients I have worked with
Since then, I’ve expanded my expertise by working with leading global enterprises and honing my skills across various Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sitecore, Crownpeak, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). My journey has taken me around the globe, collaborating with diverse teams and clients in regions like the US, UK, New Zealand, Singapore, and more. Some of the renowned companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with include Broadridge, Henry Schein, and Chubb.

My Journey
WordPress
I started my journey in websites by using WordPress. You could say it was my first love. WordPress is what got me hooked on making websites. It was the platform that ignited my passion and helped me become the web professional I am today. My identity as a web manager was formed through countless hours of experimenting with themes, plugins, and content creation. The joy of seeing my first site come to life was indescribable, and it set the stage for my career.
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
When I first joined as a website specialist, I began working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This was a whole new world for me, and I dove in headfirst. Learning AEM was a lot of self-teaching and exploration. I loved getting my hands dirty, tinkering with the system, and figuring things out on my own. This hands-on approach was how I learned best. I spent countless hours building and amending thousands of pages. 2 major projects stand out from my time with AEM. The first was the Cigna Migration Project, where I independently migrated over 200 pages into Chubb’s internal environment. It was challenging but immensely satisfying to see the project result in a 38% increase in user engagement and 1134 interactions within the first week of the website’s launch. The second was the Chubb Global Redesign Project, where I redesigned and revamped over 1000 website pages for various global regions. This project significantly improved the user experience and gave the website a fresh, new look.
Sitecore
My success with AEM led to a new opportunity with a global client, Henry Schein Inc. I was entrusted with leading a Global Migration Project because my company needed someone capable and reliable for this critical task. That trust meant the world to me. At Henry Schein, I worked on migrating over 800 pages into Sitecore CMS, covering regions like the US, UK, and Ireland. I built over 100 new pages, ranging from solutions/services pages to campaign landing pages and blog pages. Working with a diverse global team, I ensured that our efforts were aligned and coordinated. This project was not just about moving content; it was about improving user experience and functionality on a global scale, which was incredibly rewarding.
Crownpeak
After my success with Sitecore, I transitioned to Broadridge Financial Solutions, where I embraced the Crownpeak CMS. At Broadridge, I managed and resolved over 50 tickets as the sole operator, being the primary point of contact for clients. Ensuring seamless communication and client satisfaction was a top priority for me. One of my proudest achievements at Broadridge was leading the comprehensive Web Academy Revamp project. This involved creating and enhancing a wide range of educational content to support internal training programs. I also built over 20 new web pages and improved the functionality and content of existing pages. This role highlighted my ability to manage complex projects, deliver high-quality results, and maintain excellent client relationships. Each project, each client, and each new CMS have shaped me into a versatile and passionate web professional.
